Eligibility for Returns:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges. Customized or personalized orders, including those with custom name engraving or logos, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within the 14-day window. Any damage identified after this period will be considered as caused by use and is not eligible for return.
Return Pickup Service and Charges:
We arrange pickup of return shipments through our courier partners for your convenience. A flat charge of ₹40 will be deducted from your refund to cover pickup expenses. If pickup service is not available at your location, we will notify you to send the item to our return address.
In cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, FastTime Impex India will bear all pickup and reshipping costs.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product to confirm it meets our return conditions and is free of damage, a refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after deducting applicable pickup charges.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting customer support. After this time, cancellations are generally not accepted due to processing and shipment timelines.
